EXECUTIVE & LEADERSHIP COACHING
Make your next best choice
Not the prestigious choice.
Not the safe one.
Yours.
For women who already know where they want to go and can’t explain why they’re not moving.
I help you clear the question that’s actually stopping you.

Virtually all clients innately know what the answers are to achieving their goals. The question becomes "What is getting in the way of following the obvious path?"
And under that question, almost always, sits a quieter one: who am I to want this?
That is where the real work is. You don’t need clarity about where you’re going. You need clarity about what’s stopping you.
It is my objective to partner with clients to identify their aspirational outcomes and increase their awareness to the barriers that keep them from achieving their goals. I work with clients to create and execute a plan to achieve sustainable results through world-renowned, time-proven coaching methodologies.
The results are measurable. The goals are achievable. The agenda and the victory are yours.
For you: You already know your direction. What you can’t explain is why you’re not moving. Our work is on the question underneath that stall, and on what it takes to make the next best choice with conviction, clarity, and confidence.

How I Work.
Most of my clients arrive knowing exactly where they want to go.
The business they’ve been sketching for years. The role they’ve already imagined themselves in. The boundary they’ve rehearsed in the car. The blend of career and creative work no one gave them permission to want.
What they can’t explain is why they’re not moving.
So they gather one more benchmark. Take one more course. Wait to feel ready. And readiness, as they quietly suspect, never arrives, because the obstacle was never information. It’s a question running underneath, so practiced it feels like a fact: who am I to want this?
That question is where my work lives. I’m not a coach who helps people fix what’s broken. I’m one who helps people move. My clients are not broken; they are stalled, and there is a difference. Together we build the kind of clarity that actually helps: not clarity about where you’re going, you have that. Clarity about what’s stopping you. Seen clearly, the fear doesn’t vanish. It loses its authority.
The work is gentle, and it is not soft. We work with what’s real, in the room, at the moment it matters. What my clients report afterward isn’t fireworks, it’s quieter and it lasts: grounded, sure of their own judgment, the same person at work and at home.
And I hold no agenda for where you land. Among the outcomes I’m proudest of: a client who chose a new role without giving up the business she’s building. A client launching exactly the independent practice she named in our first call. A client making room for both a steady job and the creative career she wouldn’t drop. The next best choice is not the prestigious one or the safe one. It’s yours.
My approach, The Next Best Choice, rests on five practices for moving through what’s in the way of where you already want to go.

The Work: Where are you now and where do you aspire to be? What are your strengths? What obstacles and competing priorities do you face? What are the steps that can be taken to achieve your aspirations? How can you achieve and sustain these goals?
The Programs: Our work together begins with an exploratory call. For individuals, we meet twice a month for six months. Twelve sessions, because the work happens in the room and the choices happen between them. You are invoiced monthly, either of us can end it at any time, and you are never invoiced for a month that has not happened. For organizations, programs are built around the company’s goals and may include individual and group coaching, 360 interviews and recommendations for further assessments. During our initial meetings we will develop a coaching plan with goals and actions designed to meet or exceed your and your organization’s objectives.
You have my commitment to working with you to achieve sustainable results.
Now all I need is yours.

About me:
I have always been curious about what moves people forward. It took me longer to turn that curiosity on myself.
For a number of years I was a publisher, with a platform for giving people the information they needed to choose well. Somewhere along the way I started wondering about my own gap, the one between my potential and my performance. When I became willing to look at myself honestly and learn from my own experience, everything shifted. I didn’t just find my own way forward. I found my work.
I am an accomplished Executive and Leadership Coach, certified through the Hudson Institute of Coaching and holding the Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation. My background includes roles as an award-winning Publisher and President, Entrepreneur, CEO and Advisor/Executive Board Member.
My expertise lies in effective communication, values-based leadership, talent development and successful employee and team performance. I work with mid to senior-level professionals to develop the innovation mindsets needed to navigate and implement relevant change within themselves and their organizations.
Our work together is a highly collaborative partnership, using awareness-building, self-efficacy, goal setting and reflection in personalized coaching plans created to meet individual and organizational goals. My approach, The Next Best Choice, rests on five practices for moving through what’s in the way of where you already want to go.
I hold a certificate in Psychology for High Performance from Stanford University, completed the Women’s Leadership Program through Executive Education at the Yale School of Management, and am EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 certified. I have an extensive background in executive and non-profit board experience, including service on the Advisory Board for the Cal Poly Pomona Women’s Leadership Program.
